Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator - Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator - Construction to support our team at CV Library in managing construction-related projects from start to finish. This full-time permanent role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in administrative roles, particularly in the construction industry. They should be knowledgeable about materials, pricing, and invoicing procedures. This position involves working standard office hours, with a guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per week. The salary for this position is approximately £24,500 per annum, based on a 37-hour week, or around £12.50 per hour.

Candidates must provide satisfactory references and undergo a valid Enhanced DBS check to be considered for this opportunity.

Key Duties:

  1. Support project coordinators in managing construction-related projects.
  2. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Coordinate and administer contracts, tenders, and other projects.
  4. Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.

Estimated Salary Range: £24,500 - £26,500 per annum, depending on experience.
