Administrative Support Professional

About the Role: Cultura Connect is seeking a reliable and highly organised Part-Time Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Managing Director and assist with the day-to-day operations of our busy office in Llandrindod Wells.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director, coordinating meetings and recording minutes
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Managing Director
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, booking accommodation and transport when required
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, supporting the running of an organised and efficient office environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Personal Assistant and/or administration position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
- A multitasker, able to effectively manage tasks to meet deadlines
- A team player with a collaborative mindset
- Highly proficient IT skills, confident in MS Office Suite
- UK driving licence
What We Offer:
