About the Role: Cultura Connect is seeking a reliable and highly organised Part-Time Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Managing Director and assist with the day-to-day operations of our busy office in Llandrindod Wells.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director, coordinating meetings and recording minutes
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, booking accommodation and transport when required
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, supporting the running of an organised and efficient office environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Personal Assistant and/or administration position
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
  • A multitasker, able to effectively manage tasks to meet deadlines
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Highly proficient IT skills, confident in MS Office Suite
  • UK driving licence
