**Job Title:** Support Carers for Children with Complex Needs
**Estimated Salary:** £22,000 - £28,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to provide regular part-time support to children and young people with learning disabilities, Autism, or complex medical needs in Powys.
The successful candidates will work closely with families and professionals to deliver a high-quality care experience, promoting independence, and supporting daily living skills.
No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training, 24/7 guidance, and a generous allowance to help you provide the best possible support.
Requirements:
- A spare bedroom available in your home
- Time, energy, and flexibility to provide consistent support
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and professionals
