Individual Support Worker

We are recruiting a number of Support Professionals to join our Residential Service in Llandrindod Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique and rewarding environment, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Support service users to engage in activities such as arts, crafts, and gardening.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized care plans.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and support.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £27,653 - £28,069 per annum (including sleeps) with opportunities for overtime. We also offer a range of benefits, including a generous auto-enrolment pension scheme and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
