We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Children's Care Specialist to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting children in care services to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

">

Your key responsibilities will include providing emotional and practical support to children, protecting them from health and welfare risks, and ensuring their safety by maintaining up-to-date care plans and guidelines. You will also be responsible for promoting independence and enabling children to participate in day-to-day activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a caring nature. At least 6 months experience working with children or in a similar setting is essential. You must hold a valid UK Driving Licence and a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one. Finally, you must have the right to work in the UK.
