Job Description

As a Children's Learning Disability Support Worker, you will be working with children in care services to enable them to have the best start in life. You will be an enthusiastic, resilient, and driven individual who can enrich the lives of young people.

You will receive excellent weekly pay with no payroll charges. Job Responsibilities

">

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting children in day-to-day activities and promoting independence. You will need to protect children from health and welfare risks, provide emotional and practical support, and ensure safety by maintaining up-to-date care plans and guidelines.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a desire to create positive outcomes for vulnerable children. You should be empathetic, caring, and resilient in nature. At least 6 months experience working with children or in a similar setting is required. You must hold a valid UK Driving Licence and a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one. Finally, you must have the right to work in the UK.
