Digital Administrator Role Description

About the Company:

Powys County Council has been awarded a grant from the Shared Prosperity Fund to deliver its Arts Strategy and support various workstreams, focusing on relationship building, online collaboration, and creative industries promotion.

About the Role:

The post holder will provide an efficient administrative/digital support service to the grant-funded arts project, assisting in the maintenance and update of web content, social media platforms, and other digital systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with website maintenance, social media updates, and Search the Assets website.
  • Provide administrative support to the Cultural Services Digital Presence Group and Digital Story Strategic Group.
  • Support grant applications for the Cultural Services Digital Strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Competence in using a range of digital systems and resources.
  • Maintenance and updating of web content, social media knowledge.
  • Liaising with colleagues to gather information, proactive approach.
  • Creative ability to generate engaging online material.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
