Education and Clinical Programmes Co-ordinator

**Responsibilities**:
**_ Education and Training_**
Schools Programme
- Manage the schools programme and all the admin for the presentations in UK and Ireland, liaising with external school’s co-ordinators.
- Booking presentations
- Organise staffing (requesting admin support for travel & accommodation were appropriate)
- Organise handouts/ sample packs and school’s stacks (including printing of materials, co-ordinating the packing of materials with Customer Services)
- Updating the handouts and presentations that support the basic school’s package.
- Coordinate the Annual ECT update.
- Develop the educational evaluation processes to ensure that we continue to meet the needs of our target audiences.
- Deliver course content and lecturing to schools as required.
- Review course content to identify opportunities for expansion of the school’s programme to other education cohorts.
- Proactively monitor new technologies for education methods and delivery
- Manage additional/ad hoc requests for product support, Communicator prize and graduation prizes.
- Forecast sample stock / dental schools stack stock and co-ordinate with Customer Services
- Provide clinical research support for the Education and Projects Manager and the Sales and Marketing Teams
General Training
- Deliver internal update product and induction training.
- Maintain and update the TePe clinical reference bank, including clinical slide bank.
**_ Marketing and Sales Support_**
- Manage the verifiable CPD certification process.
- Monitor the complaints procedure in Jeeves to identify anomalies.
- Manage meeting report requests for additional clinical support.
- Provide clinical and professional support to the Customer Services Team with reference to customer complaints.
- Provide professional support to the sales and marketing teams.
- Provide clinical input to the global clinical team, with travel to global meetings approx. 3 x year.
- Provide clinical support on stand at professional meetings and shows nationally and internationally.
**Profile**:
- GDC Registered, ideally Dental Hygienist/Therapist
- Degree level education preferred.
- PGCE / teaching qualification preferred.
- Presentation skills
- Strong admin skills and attention to detail essential
- Experience in educational course design
- Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and Digital platforms skills
- Hands-on / can-do mentality
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Good team player
- Willingness to travel (attend shows / meetings UK and abroad as appropriate)
- Compatible with TePe Culture
