**Responsibilities**:
**To provide clinical representation to dental professionals in practice and in the field, providing a link between the education team and the sales and marketing team**
- **_ Education and Training_**

Clinical Education Training Delivery
- Manage the delivery of Clinical Education training to practices.
- Providing Added Value training and education to Corporate Groups/NHS Trusts and Interdental Centres of Excellence at seminars and corporate days.
- Facilitate the roll out of training with Corporates and Groups of Dental practices.
- Developing, producing, and delivering assets for use in education for commercial and professional groups including
- CPD programmes
- Webinars
- Presentations for sales team/PRM’s and the wider Team.
- Materials for use in practice
- Organise handouts/ sample packs (including printing of materials, co-ordinating the packing of materials with Customer Services) for groups and practices.
- Develop the educational Quality Assurance and Evaluation processes to ensure that we continue to meet the needs of our target audiences.
- Provide clinical research support for the Clinical Education Manager and the Sales and Marketing Teams
- Work with the Global Education team sharing latest educational concepts and best practice.
- **_General Training_**
- Deliver internal product training and induction / refresher training to sales team/PRM’s.
- Extending professional training with commercial parties.
- **_Marketing and Sales Support_**:

- Create content for and deliver verifiable CPD.
- Provide professional support to the sales and marketing teams.
- Provide content for TePe Connect
- Proof reading
- Website copy
- Leaflet and marketing materials copy
- Provide clinical support on stand at professional meetings / shows nationally and internationally.
- Ensure the maintenance of professional and commercial relationships

**Profile**:

- GDC Registered Dental Hygienist/Therapist
- Experience in educational course design
- Ideally experience in public speaking
- Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Hands-on / can-do mentality
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Good team player
- Willingness to travel (to practices, corporate HQs, and attend shows / meetings as appropriate)
- Clean driving licence
- Compatible with TePe Culture

Clinical Education Manager.

Full time

Field Based - with one day per week based in the Office in Wells, Somerset
