Internal Digital Communication Specialist

**About the role**:
It's an exciting time to join the eCommunications team here at AXA, with significant investment planned in all UK&I businesses to transform, deliver new digital services to our customers and streamline and automate our business processes. To help us build our digital communications capability, we're looking for a talented person to join our growing team.
As Internal Digital Communications Specialist, you'll be responsible for detailed analysis of internal communications tools usage. You'll use this data to tell stories that are meaningful and make the complex easy to understand. You'll also create and manage content to support AXA UK's use of Microsoft 365 communication tools and internal communication channels.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, at our Tunbridge Wells, Ipswich or other AXA office. Our team spend one day a week together in our London office. Occasional travel to other AXA UK offices.
We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, such as condensed hours, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Create and present analytics and reporting to show usage trends, successes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop dashboards and other tools to deliver insights effectively.
- Create and manage guidance and support materials such as online guides, self-help video and courses.
- Engage with eCommunications team, AXA Group Workplace team, Microsoft and other suppliers keeping up to date with changes and new technologies.
- Coordinate production of new or updated materials.
- Research and document case studies from across AXA UK, using these to develop support materials, sessions or other guidance ensuring best use of tools. Work with our digital champions to capture and publicise these.
- Provide governance support for provisioning, issue resolution, compliance audits.
- Respond to ad hoc enquiries and support requests.

**What we’re looking for**:
- Demonstrable experience of analysing data from multiple sources using Excel, PowerBI or equivalent - essential.
- Ability to create and present engaging output and dashboards to provide insight and drive action - essential.
- Desire to learn and find opportunities for technology to make a difference.
- Experience with writing communications on complex topics.
- Able to translate technology features and functionality into digestible information.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload, used to working to deadlines and competing priorities. Comfortable with creating and owning small projects from start to finish.
- Previous experience working in a corporate organisation of similar size and complexity desirable.
- Familiarity of working in an internal communications team helpful.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
