**About the role**:
It's an exciting time to join the Health Distribution team here at AXA. We're not just experts in insurance, we also support people in looking after their health. As a Corporate Contracts Specialist in AXA Health's Distribution team, you'll be part of a specialist team providing technical advice on our large corporate client contracts.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at our office location in Tunbridge Wells, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, such as part-time or condensed hours, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Our contracts are drafted by our in-house Legal team. You'll use your knowledge and experience to allow you to review contract changes and feedback provided by our corporate clients
- You'll support our Sales teams to get legal agreements in place and signed for all new and retained business, across a range of product lines (including Private Medical Insurance, Occupational Health and EAP). You'll redraft legal clauses and negotiate on technical aspects of these contracts
- You'll translate complex legal information to others, ensuring they can answer questions our clients may ask
- Join client calls to discuss documentation and contract requirements, alongside colleagues from Sales and/or Legal
- You'll work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to agree bespoke contract changes, assessing and avoiding financial, commercial and legal risk

- Experience of reviewing, amending, and negotiating insurance contracts desired
- An understanding of corporate health & wellbeing products and services such as Private Medical Insurance and Trusts, Occupational Health, or Employee Assistance Programmes
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Motivated to work with complex information and documents
- Comfortable making pragmatic decisions, relying on knowledge and experience
- Confident in representing the AXA Health Distribution contracting team to both external and internal stakeholders (including our clients)
- Ability to problem solve and use initiative
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills, across all levels
- Able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Resilience in a fast-paced environment, having to balance conflicting priorities and multitask
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
