About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Communications Specialist to join our team at AXA UK. As a key member of our Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations team, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and amending communications and templates.

As a Digital Communications Specialist, you will work closely with our team to develop communications, including configuration, creation, testing, and analysis. You will also be responsible for analysing new and existing document sets, working on designated projects as an expert, representing the team, and mitigating delivery risk through scenario planning, risk mitigation, and contingency plans.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need significant experience in technical development of documents, customer communications, including processes and fulfilment. You should also have experience in following business processes, QA and UAT, and working in an agile environment. Additionally, you should have campaign, new product launch, and marketing communications experience, as well as broad developer experience enabling alternative configurations across Financial Services, Health and Wellbeing activities.

The Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary of around £55,000 dependent on experience, plus discretionary company and performance-based bonus.
