We are seeking a qualified and adaptable specialist community public health nurse to join our progressive health visiting service in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting families with children aged zero to five.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field and be registered with the NMC. You will also possess strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility to prioritize care delivery in a professional manner.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous NHS pension and annual leave entitlement. Our trust is committed to delivering high standards of patient care and excellent services to improve the health of our communities.

Key responsibilities include managing a varied caseload, working effectively with a variety of people at all organisational levels, and communicating complex information to individuals and groups.
