We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Specialist Community Public Health Nurse to join our progressive Health Visiting service at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust.

As a key member of our community-based team, you will use your clinical judgment to support evidence-based care planning and ensure that children and families have a good experience.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing support to families with children aged zero to five.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high standards of patient care and excellent services to improve the health of our communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use clinical judgment to support evidence-based care planning.
  • Provide support to families with children aged zero to five.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to keep children safe and well.

Salary: £42,000 - £62,000 per annum
