About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) to join our community-based Health Visiting service. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to families with children aged zero to five, using your clinical judgment to support evidence-based care planning. You will need to be confident and flexible to adapt to changing situations and work effectively with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant health-related degree and postgraduate development at Level 6, with evidence of specialist qualifications relevant to the area of practice. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,884 per annum, a generous NHS pension, and annual leave entitlement.
