Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) to join our Health Visiting service in Kent. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to families with children aged zero to five, using your expertise to support evidence-based practice and promote healthy lifestyles. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and make decisions based on the needs of the families you serve.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of National Service Frameworks and NICE guidance, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice. They will also possess excellent leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and managing teams, and a proven track record of implementing change effectively. We offer a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,884 per annum, a generous NHS pension, and annual leave entitlement, as well as opportunities for professional development and career progression.
