We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Healthcare Support Professional to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Support clients with cerebral palsy, non-invasive ventilation, moving and handling, oral suctioning, epilepsy, and personal care.
  • Care for patients within their own home and build relationships with family members.
Benefits:
  • Weekly payments
  • $250 referral fee
  • Three months rolling rota
  • Permanent and additional ad-hoc work available
  • In-house training (bespoke)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Use complex care equipment and perform complex care procedures.
  • Support clients outside of the home for medical appointments.
  • Ensure care plans and other information are followed, and any changes are escalated to clinical leads efficiently and safely.

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
