NHS Team Leader

Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Midwifery Recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on the delivery of the maternity recruitment and retention strategy, working closely with Midwifery Teams and Human Resource colleagues.
The role involves developing new roles, innovative ways of working, and programmes to support the recruitment and retention of staff. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree or equivalent experience, current registration with the NMC, and leadership/management qualifications.
With a strong background in acute healthcare settings, the successful candidate will be able to build influential working relationships at all levels within and outside the organisation. They will also have experience of managing recruitment, formal and informal teaching, and conflict management.
As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of the maternity recruitment and retention strategy. The estimated salary for this role is £55,000-£75,000 per annum.
