Job Title: NHS Trust Midwifery Leader

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Midwifery Leader to join our team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in midwifery and a proven track record of improving patient experience and health inequalities in maternity services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and health inequalities in local maternity services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Support the involvement of service users in quality, governance, and co-production when designing and planning delivery of maternity and neonatal services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A registered midwife qualification.
  • Post-graduate qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Evidence of professional and personal development.
