We are looking for a skilled Mortuary Technician Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the mortuary services at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing staff, implementing quality management systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a post-mortem examination active mortuary as a qualified APT, with knowledge of Quality Management systems and mortuary record keeping. You should also possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff members.
