About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Specialist to join our client's CMHT team in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, participating in multi-disciplinary assessments, formulating and implementing care plans, and utilizing evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Mental Health Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Participating in multi-disciplinary assessments of patients' health conditions
  • Formulating and implementing care plans
  • Providing treatment as necessary
  • Utilizing evidence-base practice and specialist skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with professional standards

Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need current and valid registration with the NMC, proven experience within a community recovery role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Additionally, you will require a strong understanding of mental health conditions, excellent assessment and intervention skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is £26 p/hour (£52,800 per annum). In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive bi-weekly payments, access to exclusive Hunter Mental Health events, and discounted CPD opportunities.
