We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Mental Health Team Lead CPN to join our CMHT team in Tunbridge Wells. As a leader and mentor, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our service and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients and their families.
About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership position and drive innovation within our team. As a Mental Health Team Lead CPN, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and supporting them in their professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team, promoting best practice and excellence in care delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve seamless care transitions and coordination.
Requirements:
- A recognized qualification in mental health nursing or a related field and current registration with the relevant professional body.
- Significant experience in community mental health, preferably in a CMHT setting, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
