Nurse Practitioner

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nurse Practitioner - Community Mental Health to join our client's CMHT team in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, participating in multi-disciplinary assessments, formulating and implementing care plans, and utilizing evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need current and valid registration with the NMC, proven experience within a community recovery role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Additionally, you will require a strong understanding of mental health conditions, excellent assessment and intervention skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is £26 p/hour (£52,800 per annum). In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive bi-weekly payments, access to exclusive Hunter Mental Health events, and discounted CPD opportunities.
Location and Schedule:
This position is based in Tunbridge Wells and requires a regular schedule of Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The initial contract duration is three months, with the possibility of extension or permanent placement.
