We are currently seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Surgical Nursing to join our team at a prestigious private hospital in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced nurse with strong leadership abilities to lead and coordinate daily operations, provide support and guidance to nursing team members, and make safe discharge decisions in collaboration with our consultant team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate daily operations of the Surgical Nursing team
  • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and raising concerns to the Ward Manager
  • Provide support and guidance to nursing team members and students
  • Delegate tasks effectively
  • Make safe discharge decisions in collaboration with our consultant team

Requirements:

  • NMC registration without restrictions or conditions
  • Minimum of 1 year of senior nursing experience
  • Ward experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and patient care skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions

The estimated salary for this position is £32,480 - £35,392 per annum (competitive) + £3,000 joining bonus, with a working hours of 37.5 hours per week and internal rotation Monday-Sunday.
