">About the Role

As a Night Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. This role involves supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants and working closely with the Deputy General Manager.

You will also have the opportunity to support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the dignity and preferences of our residents are respected while creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

">About You

To join us as a Senior Care Assistant, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We also require specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. As a warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed individual, you will provide individualized care and support to each resident.

We offer ongoing training opportunities to help you develop your career, and many of our Senior Care Assistants progress into roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing positions.
