We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse Specialist to join our team at Willing Care Recruitment. In this role, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals and staff to deliver holistic and effective care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Care: Provide high-quality, individualized care that meets residents' unique needs and preferences
- Medication Management: Safely administer and manage medications in line with regulatory standards
- Care Planning: Assess, develop, and implement personalized care plans that support residents' well-being
What You Need:
- Active registration with the NMC and a Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Experience in a nursing or dementia care setting (preferred)
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to best practices in elderly care
