About Our Role
We are looking for a Dementia Care Practitioner to join our team as a Bank position. In this role, you will provide care and support to residents with dementia, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
You will work closely with our experienced care teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the needs of each resident. Your empathetic approach, excellent communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents with dementia
- Provide care and support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Salary: £9.75-£10.75 per hour (dependent on location)
We offer competitive pay, flexibility, and free learning and development opportunities. As a Bank position, hours and days will vary to provide cover for annual leave or sick leave.
