Job DescriptionThis role requires a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to lead our theatre team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ophthalmic surgeries and day-case procedures.
As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for monitoring policies, maintaining standards of care, completing risk assessments, and facilitating staff development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of education and training programs.
- RM Part 1 or 2, ODP NVQ level 3 Diploma/Degree, or ODP Level III with evidence of CPD.
- Post-registration experience.
- Specialist clinical knowledge and skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
