About the Role:

  • Take charge of managing performance, improving potential, and training others to succeed.
  • Lead a small or large team with expertise in personal or fitness training.
  • Qualifications: REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level and studio experience are essential.
  • Drive PT revenue and design effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee commercial operations, governance, and sales of major services.
  2. Report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.
  3. Organise and implement class timetables, ensuring site standards and driving team performance.
  4. Develop and oversee fitness programming, from studio classes to personal training.
  5. Continuously improve processes and develop ways to drive team performance.
  6. Support your team to achieve ambitious sales and KPI goals.
