Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Senior Financial Operations Coordinator with CV Library, a world-leading business. We are seeking an experienced finance professional with a solid understanding of general ledgers and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of finance experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero). You will be responsible for addressing financial queries, managing payroll, providing data for financial reviews, conducting daily bank and credit card reconciliations, completing month-end processes, and creating sales invoices. Additionally, you will oversee office supplies, correspondence, and general administrative tasks, provide diary management, and manage Zoho Books/CRM.
