Italian Speaking Events Manager

Join French Selection, a family-owned business with a strong presence in the international events sector, serving esteemed clients worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement plans and strategies for the successful delivery of events, covering pre-event, onsite delivery, and post-event activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement successful plans to support the sales process.
  • Collaborate with exhibitors and speakers to gather essential information regarding their participation in the event.
  • Confirm all event details, coordinate with all parties, address challenges, conduct risk assessments, ensure health & safety, finalize capacities and menus, and agree on floor plans.
  • Develop and execute a successful marketing strategy, incorporating physical tickets, social media, websites, and digital communication.
  • Ensure consistent communication with key stakeholders and act as the primary contact for visitors and potential attendees seeking information about the event.
  • Participate in international events when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Italian (spoken and written)
  • A desire to succeed within a dynamic events environment
  • Open to fast-paced change and adaptive to new and evolving situations
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet targets and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and articulate
  • Driven, motivated, and prepared to maximize the opportunity

Salary: From GBP30,000 per annum depending on experience
