Sales Manager Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Initiate and coordinate outbound calls and virtual meetings to drive sales growth.
* Efficiently manage personal sales pipelines to maximize opportunities from initial qualification to final closure.
* Track and document sales-related activities and progress to ensure data-driven decision making.
* Develop revenue streams by securing new business and identifying prospects for additional cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
* Build strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, partners, and other event team members to foster a collaborative environment.
* Stay updated on industry trends and research new areas for sales expansion to maintain a competitive edge.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

* Must be a native French speaker with excellent communication skills.
* Resourceful in identifying and nurturing leads, driven to meet targets, and self-motivated.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office and capable of multitasking effectively.

**Salary and Benefits:**

* Up to £27,000 + commission.

**Working Hours and Location:**

* 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday, Tunbridge Wells area, Kent.
