Regional Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Door Entry Solutions team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the South East London, Kent, Surrey, and East Sussex regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell a comprehensive range of high-quality manufactured door entrance systems, access control, CCTV, and bio metrics
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with electrical and security distributors, as well as security installers and system integrators
* Identify new business opportunities and grow the area by 20%
Requirements:
* Proven track record of sales success in the door entry and access control industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
