Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at Euro Car Parts Limited. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across our business network's existing and potential customer base, while maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver our propositions to grow sales across all product categories.
  2. Create strong leads and opportunities for all our channels, ensuring compliance across all marketing and promotional activity internally and externally.
  3. Identify and develop existing, lapsed, and new business opportunities within specific geographical areas.
  4. Conduct customer account reviews on a regular basis, focusing on monthly spend, margin, credits, terms, maximizing key product group opportunities and potential spend.
  5. Participate in regional business-specific customer events.
  6. Attend national and local training events.
  7. Visibly promote our group values and act as an ambassador for the organization.
  8. Proven effective planning and organizational skills.
  9. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
