Job Description:
- General administrative support to the Managing Director, including coordinating meetings and recording minutes
- Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the Managing Director
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking accommodation and transport
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents to a high standard
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment to ensure a productive work environment
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a Personal Assistant or administration role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid UK driving licence
