Job Description:

  • General administrative support to the Managing Director, including coordinating meetings and recording minutes
  • Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking accommodation and transport
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents to a high standard
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment to ensure a productive work environment

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in a Personal Assistant or administration role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid UK driving licence

Salary and Benefits:
