About This Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Personal Assistant to join our team at Cultura Connect. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support, including minute-taking and correspondence handling
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing reports and presentations
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring a productive work environment

Requirements and Skills:

  • Relevant experience in a Personal Assistant or administration role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid UK driving licence
