Job Description

As an Old Age Psychiatric Consultant with Medacs, you will be responsible for assessing new referrals, developing care plans, and providing therapy to patients. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.

Your duties will include:

  • Carrying out comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing psychotherapy and counseling services to patients and their families
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support
  • Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining confidentiality

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will also have the opportunity to participate in research and academic activities, contributing to the advancement of geriatric psychiatry.

Salary: £100,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a range of perks and allowances, as well as opportunities for professional development and career growth.
