Compliance Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Risk Manager to join our team at Old Mill. As a Compliance Risk Manager, you will assist in ensuring Old Mill adheres to all ICAEW Practice Assurance standards and Ethical Standards.
This role plays a vital part in shaping our internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams to assess risks, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional attention to detail, and be able to analyse complex financial data and documents to identify potential compliance issues.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively train and educate staff on compliance matters also form a crucial part of this role.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
