Job Title: Construction Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Construction Management Professional to manage and process construction-related paperwork and documentation, coordinate and administer contracts, tenders, and other projects at CV Library on a full-time permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience dealing with invoices and administrative tasks within the construction industry, including knowledge of materials and pricing. This role involves working all year round, 9-5, with a guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per week. The salary for this position is £23,660 per annum, based on a 37-hour week, or up to £13 per hour, making it a competitive offer.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have satisfactory references and undergo a valid Enhanced DBS check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process construction-related paperwork and documentation.
  • Coordinate and administer contracts, tenders, and other projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.

Estimated Salary Range: £23,660 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
