About the Role

We are seeking a talented Building Project Coordinator to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for coordinating all commercial aspects of assigned projects to ensure optimal profitability and cash flow.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate commercial aspects of projects to ensure optimal profitability and cash flow.
  • Assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
  • Prepare and present monthly cost reports, including forecasting, CVR, risk, and opportunity analysis.
  • Work with the client team to agree valuations and contract variations.
  • Support the project team with commercial and contractual expertise.
  • Procure sub-contractors and manage accounts, valuations, re-measures, and payment notices.
  • Provide support to estimating and tendering as required.

Requirements

  • Experience working on commercial, retail, industrial, and leisure projects valued up to £15m.
  • Proven experience in commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Expertise in JCT and NEC forms of contract.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
