Office Administrator/assistant

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our busy and expanding metal recycling company in Tunbridge Wells.
The Job Role:
- Processing paperwork from drivers and members of the public
- Answering the telephone in a professional manner
- Keep accurate and up to date records in accordance to company guideline.
- Build excellent relationships with colleagues and clients
The Person:
- Previous experience in an office environment
- A motivated, enthusiastic team player with a ‘can do' attitude
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multi-task and priorities
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
Full training on our bespoke system will be provided.
Hours and salary to be confirmed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
