Job Title: Full-Time Temporary Medical Secretary

Location: Tunbridge Wells Area

Salary: Up to £540 per week

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Full-Time Temporary Medical Secretary for a leading healthcare organisation. The role involves providing high-level administrative support to three Clinical Directors in a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Clinical Directors, including reviewing and updating policies and procedures, attending meetings, taking accurate minutes, drafting notes, reports, and summaries upon request, managing email and letter correspondence, coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar administrative role within the healthcare sector.

• Strong minute-taking and note-drafting skills with attention to detail, proficiency in handling email and written correspondence, excellent organisational and time-management abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
