Armstrong Wealth is a successful Wealth Management business based in Tunbridge Wells.
We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team providing administrative support to the directors. You must have at least 2 years recent experience as an administrator in an IFA business.
The role will include administration, draft report preparation and some client communication.
You will need to have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with initiative and determination. Applicants will need to be comfortable using a range of computer systems and be willing to embrace change.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to our advisers
- Arrange meetings and prepare client meeting documentation
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with clients and providers
- Prepare client annual review documents and follow up reports
- Maintain client records
- Prepare management information
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
