**Job Title:** HR Support Specialist

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Salary: £12,000 - £14,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join a dynamic educational institution. As an HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and ensuring accurate records are maintained.

  1. Assist with staff absence procedures and liaise with line managers to manage absence effectively.
  2. Support the HR lead with administrative tasks, including managing employee data and producing reports.
  3. Coordinate and schedule performance reviews, involving relevant parties.
  4. Provide assistance and support to employees with general HR queries.

To succeed in this role, you should have previous HR experience in a school setting and excellent organisational skills. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with the wider HR team and liaising with staff at all levels.
