Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Care and Support Specialist to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As a Care and Support Specialist, you will provide tailored support to adults in their homes, enabling them to live safely and independently.
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role- Providing support with personal care activities such as showering, bathing, and toileting
- Assisting with mobility around the home
- Overseeing medication and providing medical support
- Helping with domestic tasks such as cleaning and cooking
Requirements: Right to Work in the UK, full UK driving license, and access to own vehicle.
