We are looking for a Care Support Specialist to join our team as a Bank position. You will provide support and assistance to residents with daily living tasks, following care plans and ensuring one-to-one time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced care teams to deliver exceptional care and support. Your excellent communication skills and empathy will help build strong relationships with residents and their families.

Salary: £9.50-£10.50 per hour (dependent on location)

We offer competitive pay, flexibility, and free learning and development opportunities. As a Bank position, hours and days will vary to provide cover for annual leave or sick leave.
