Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group, one of the leading providers of complex care. The successful candidate will be supporting adults with spinal cord injury to live in their own homes.
About the Role:
This is a rewarding opportunity to work as a Care Assistant at our client's home based in Bidborough. You will be supporting our male client with a spinal cord injury, assisting with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and domestic duties. No previous experience is required, as full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to our client with a spinal cord injury.
- Assist with personal care, medication, and domestic duties.
- Develop strong relationships with our client and their family members.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a kind and caring nature, flexibility and reliability, and good communication skills. Full specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from the Care Manager will be provided.
