Companion Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and caring Companion Care Worker to join our Home Care Team in Wells and surrounding areas. As a valued member of our team, you will provide personalized support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and enhancing their overall well-being.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer care through empathetic listening, emotional support, and practical assistance.
- Supporting customers with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and personal care.
- Assisting customers with mobility issues, including manual handling where necessary.
- Keeping accurate records of care delivered and communicating effectively with colleagues.
The Ideal Candidate
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Valid full driving license and reliable transportation.
