Job SummaryWe seek an experienced Senior Home Care Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Home Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing holiday cover for our clients and enhancing their daily lives through person-centered care.
- Assisting with tasks such as medication administration, meal preparation, and household duties.
- Offering emotional support, companionship, and creating opportunities for social interaction.
- Developing strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable, but not essential. We offer mentorship and training programs to support your development.
- A valid UK driving license and willingness to drive.
- Competitive hourly rate up to £15-17 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Flexible working arrangements, including shift work and regular hours.
