As a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live fulfilling lives. You will work closely with the care team to provide support and companionship, promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for those in our care.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with medication administration and ensure accurate records are maintained
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging them in activities and promoting social interaction
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
**Requirements**
- Experience of caring for older people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Compassionate and empathetic approach
